The Hand Project
Imagine the moment when someone regains the ability to write, eat, or embrace a loved one—because of something your team built together.
The Hand Project is a truly extraordinary Corporate Social Responsibility CSR experience that combines hands-on teamwork, creativity, and human connection. In this powerful and emotional workshop, your team will assemble real prosthetic hands that will be donated to people in developing countries who have lost theirs due to accidents, conflict, or illness.
Teamwork That Changes Lives
When your team builds a hand, they give independence, hope, and opportunity — and discover the extraordinary power of working together for something greater than themselves.
Build connection. Build purpose. Build a hand that changes a life.

1. Inspiring Kick-off
Your experience begins with a short introduction. You’ll hear the stories behind the initiative and see how your team’s effort directly changes lives.

2. Hands-On Teamwork
Working in groups of four, you’ll unpack a carefully prepared kit and begin assembling a prosthetic hand. Participant wears a cover over their dominant hand during the process, creating an equal challenge that strengthens trust, communication, and empathy within the team.

3. Creativity and Personal Connection
Once the prosthetic is complete, your team decorates a textil bag for its recipient — adding drawings, colors, and heartfelt messages. This personal touch turns every prosthetic hand into a unique gift that carries not only function, but emotion.

4. A Moving Finale
The event concludes with a short reflection and a video showing the moment recipients receive their new hands — a touching reminder that your teamwork has given someone the ability to live, work, and dream again.
