Who is
Chariteam?
Where doing good is a team effort.
It all started, as many great ideas do, with two idealists, two Hungarians, and one big dream — somewhere between a cup of strong coffee and an even stronger sense of purpose.
Our Story
​When we (Zsuzsanna and Peter) met in Basel, we quickly discovered we had more in common than our love for paprika and goulash (vegan for Peter). We both believed that team building could be so much more than escape rooms and trust falls. Why not use those same moments of teamwork and laughter to create something real, something that actually makes the world a little brighter?

And so, Chariteam was born — a playful blend of “charity” and “team,” and a mission to bring lasting impact into the corporate world through meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events.

Today, our events turn meetings into memories and workshops into world-changing moments. Whether it’s building solar lamps for children, crafting prosthetic hands for people in need, or other inspiring projects, our teams walk away not only stronger — but prouder.

None of what we do would be possible without our wonderful partners, the non-profit organisation Solar Buddy and The Hand Project. It’s an honor to bring their missions to life through every Chariteam experience. These projects make a real difference for many people and are mainly funded through the corporate team events you book.

We believe that doing good should feel good, too. That’s why every Chariteam event is designed with a touch of humor, heart, and human connection — because changing the world shouldn’t be boring.

So yes, we’re idealists. But the kind who bring toolkits, sometimes paints, and a healthy dose of laughter wherever we go.
